Summer Open Call 2022

Please fill out the Loan Form to reserve a spot ahead of time in the Open Call. This insures you have a place in the gallery because the limit of submission is only 500 entries. Payment will be due at delivery on June 10 and 11 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Open Call is now closed to any new submissions.

• If the Form appears to have disappeared after pressing the "Submit" button, scroll back up to see the confirmation of your submission.

• Insurance Verification involves discussing ( you/ the artist/ the loaner) that the artwork given is the correct value to be insured. The price in which you are selling the artwork is within sensible range of the insurance value. 

• If you are listing your work as N.F.S. (Not For Sale), then generally the insurance should be the cost of the Materials and the Labor put into your Artwork.
